The CIMac r-Protein A Analytical Columns are designed for rapid and reliable HPLC monitoring and quantitation of immunoglobulins, particularly human IgG and many IgM monoclonal antibodies. Featuring recombinant Protein A from E. coli, these columns excel in purifying mouse and most subtypes of human IgG. They bind primarily to the hinge region of IgG-Fc, with secondary binding to light chains of other antibody classes, making them ideal for process analytical technology (PAT).
