Development of a Full Capsid Enrichment Step in the Purification Process of an AAV8 Product by the CIMmultus® PrimaT Monolith
With CIMmultus PrimaT extremely consistent full AAV enrichment & recovery were achieved regardless of the column scale. In this Genethon case study, possible impact of following parameters on full AAV8 enrichment were studied: viral loading amount, elution volume, residence time and product dilution, inter and intra batches, scale up to 50L and 200L.
