mRNA standard can be used for three complementary analytics: Oligo dT (affinity chromatography with CIMac Oligo dT column), PrimaS (bimodal anion exchange and hydrogen bonding with CIMac PrimaS column) and SDVB (reverse phase with CIMac SDVB column).
