Poster presents a comparison of three orthogonal methods—PATfix® pDNA Platform, qPCR, and dPCR—for the quantification and characterization of plasmid DNA (pDNA) in gene therapy workflow. While PCR-based approaches provide total pDNA quantification, they are influenced by plasmid topology and require linearization for consistency, whereas chromatographic analysis using the PATfix pDNA Platform offers detailed sample insight – resolving isoforms and quantifying impurities across complex process matrices.
