Products for screening
Monolithic 96-well plates are standard format plates prefilled with unique monolithic chromatographic media that allow fast purification of large biomolecules, such as viruses, exosomes, plasmids, etc.
They are designed for high throughput purification in batch mode. Each well in a 96-well monolithic plate is prefilled with a defined amount of monolith to enable uniform high flow rates across the plate. The properties of the monoliths in the well are comparable to chromatographic monolithic columns, making monolithic 96-well plates a robust tool for screening of different parts of chromatographic process. They support parallel screening of chromatographic conditions. The choice of chemistry of the 96-well monolithic plate depends on the type of application.
Monolithic 96-well plates can be disposable or multi-use and are made from medical grade polypropylene (PP) material which prevent target molecules from binding to the plastic. It is possible to use them with vacuum or centrifuge, manually or in automated workflows*.
