General Description:

CIM® CDI is highly reactive matrix, hence the immobilization is done quickly and in mild conditions. CIM® CDI columns can be used for protein immobilization through their amino groups which works very well with Ab and antigens. Nonreacted groups are afterwards hydrolyzed to OH groups and CIM® CDI column results in 3 atom spacer arm.
