Eden Biodesign and BIA Separations Finalists for the European Outsourcing Awards 2009

Eden Biodesign, a UK based CMO, and BIA Separations, the leading monolithic column manufacturer, jointly applied for the European Outsourcing Award (EOA2009) and were selected as finalists for the EOA2009 Award for the Best Contract Analytical Project.

Eden Biodesign and BIA Separations were selected for the analysis of gene therapy vectors and other viruses using Bio-Monoliths. The scale-up equivalent CIM^® Monoliths, manufactured by BIA Separations, are a proven and invaluable tool for the development and are the exemplification of an adenovirus purification platform.
